Security:
Where sensitive transactions occur, all efforts are taken to protect the visitor/ customer's sensitive information.  For the purposes of this definition sensitive information includes but is not limited to personal information including credit card numbers and other information which could be used maliciously by others.

128 Bit secure server certificate is provided to protect the transmission of sensitive information from the visitor's computer to Northeast Digital Photo's web site server.

Sensitive information isn't stored on the server but when it must be stored for further processing it's encrypted via proprietary technology rendering it useless to people and processes that lack the decryption key.  This is similar to a secure certificate encryption but it's a "durable" version where the information remains encrypted until the encryption key is applied to it.  after the information is processed it is returned to it's original encrypted state
